ASSIGNMENT GA3-240202501-AA2-EV02. REFLECTIONS ON MY ACADEMIC AND PROFESIONAL PATH

Dear readers, as part of the topic explored in the Level 5 bilingual training material, I'm sharing a short text and an audio I created about my personal path, my goals, the actions I've taken, and the solutions I've found un my academic and work environment. For this purpose, I will take into account flexibility within contexts of leadership and profesional responsability.  I hope it gives you a better idea of my progress so far. Currently, I am studying Software Analysis and Development at SENA, and I also work as a property manager.  This combination has helped me grow both professionally and personally, because I’ve learned to manage my time, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.

In my academic journey, I have faced several challenges, especially when balancing work and study. However, I believe that if I organize my time well, I complete my tasks successfully. However, if I don’t manage my time well, I won’t be able to complete my tasks on time.

One of my main goals is to become a good software developer. If I continue studying and practicing every day, I will improve my skills and knowledge.  Also, if I participate actively in class and collaborate with my classmates, I will develop better teamwork skills. However, if I don’t practice coding regularly, I won’t become a skilled developer. If I don’t take the initiative in class, I won’t improve my teamwork abilities.

Sometimes I imagine different possibilities. For example, if I had more time, I would take more programming courses and focus on learning English faster. If I didn’t have a job, I wouldn’t have such limited time for studying and learning new programming languages.

I strongly believe that flexibility and adaptability are key to being successful in both academic and professional contexts. Being responsible and taking initiative allows me to face new situations with leadership and confidence.
